How To Make Dr. Oz's Green Drink
Things You'll Need
2 apples
2 big handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 celery stick, chopped
1 thumbnail length of ginger root, peeled
1 lemon, juice only (use peel slice for zest)
1 medium cucumber
Blender
Step 1
Core the two apples.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a blender with 4 oz. of water or a handful of ice cubes.
Step 3
Puree quickly for one minute. Makes two glasses of Dr. Oz’s green drink.
Tips & Warnings
The green drink has a strong taste, and if you’ve never had it before, you may want to make it with more fruit, like apples and bananas, to add sweetness.
